fTLD, the registry for .BANK and .INSURANCE will implement its new Registrant Domain Name Compliance Escalation and Suspension Policy effective January 1, 2023. The Policy can be found here; more information is available in this FAQ. In January 2023, fTLD will begin sending compliance escalation notifications for compliance findings not resolved within 30 days and not resolved within 60 days. Please note, these escalation notifications will be sent to the Registrant, verification contact, and Registrar. Compliance findings that are not resolved within 60 days as set forth in the Policy will be suspended (i.e., put on Registrar clientHold or Registry severHold) thereby disabling the .BANK/.INSURANCE domain’s website and email.
