US Military Emails Sent to Mali Due to Typo

For years, millions of US military emails have been mistakenly sent to the west African country of Mali because of a minor typing error. The emails were intended for the US military’s “.mil” domain, but were instead sent to Mali’s “.ml” domain. The Pentagon has taken steps to address the issue, but some sensitive information may have been compromised.
